Location: This
low-rise village style complex is centrally located in the Pernera area between
Paralimni and Protaras with sandy coved beaches within a 5-minute walk. A good
selection of bars, restaurants and shops can be found nearby and there is a bus
stop directly outside for Ayia Napa and the centre of Protaras.

There is a restaurant/taverna, cocktail bar/snack bar, a pool-side bar, a TV
Room with satellite linked with the cocktail bar showing UK sports, an indoor
amusement arcade centre with video games, pool table, darts etc. and a
supermarket on-site for those who wish to cook. There is a freshwater swimming
pool, children’s paddling pool and playground, gym, sauna (extra charge), table
tennis & volleyball available. Entertainment which includes for example water-polo,
karaoke and live music (Peak Season).

Lounge with 2 & 3 beds, kitchenette with 2 rings
(gas), fridge with small freezer compartment, direct dial telephone, balcony or
terrace and air conditioning/heating (payable locally).

Similar to above but with twin bedroom and two
beds in the lounge if required, a sitting room which is adjacent to a dining
bar.
